Individual Coaching

A one-on-one coaching relationship brings structure and discipline to any objective the client brings to the table.  The coach provides support, inquiry, powerful questions and meaningful activities for deeper exploration of these objectives, and the client brings an open-mind and willingness to push and challenge themselves.  The core of the coaching involves conversation, self-reflection and exploration.  The Verve Model may be used to guide the discussion, or the client may provide their own topic.  Often times, a creative or visual exercise will accompany the conversation, either in real time or as a reflection between sessions.

Your coach will use the CTI Co-Active Coaching method as the framework for the coaching discussion.  The coaching may be enhanced by bringing expertise and certification in several tools and assessments used to explore new possibilities and/or deepen the learning during the sessions.  More detailed descriptions of these tools and frameworks are listed below.

Group Coaching

Group coaching enables a community of like-minded individuals to come together and explore their development along a common theme.   The Verve Leadership group coaching series explores each of the Verve life design components, and meets via conference call on a regular basis to learn and grow from discussion and targeted coaching that benefits all participants. There are 6 total sessions – four group meetings that are 1-1.5 hours long, and meet every other week (4 sessions), plus two 1:1 sessions to be scheduled at your convenience.
